I suspect the district interviews people they are not interested in at all in order to pad out their candidate roster for political reasons. The interview consisted of being placed in a very large room sitting spaced about 15-20 feet apart and being asked standard questions verbatim from a deck of slides. No interviewer showed interest or asked questions about my particular experience, or asked a follow-up question, or any question not prewritten on a slide. I took a day off work and traveled to Milwaukee for it. No mileage or hotel reimbursement was offered.
