The interview process took about 2 weeks. It was fairly easy, no hard or tricky questions. Questions mainly focused on personality and previous job experience. Three people interviewed me, one senior manager and two senior analysts.

Tell me about yourself/walk me through your resume; How did you resolve a conflict with your previous employer
Process took about 2 weeks. Had a phone screen with and HR rep and then a skype conference call with members of the finance team where they asked me about related experiences. They are looking for a student whose school has a solidified co-op program (assuming for budget reasons)
