The interview process was smooth and friendly! It started out with a 15 minute phone call that informed me about the company and a few questions about my past experience with customer service. The next round included three 10 minute interviews with Lyft team members. Every one was so nice. The really want to get to know you to see if you are compatible with the company. Last but not least, I did a role playing exercise and spoke to Lyft team leads. The role play wasn't easy but they aren't expecting you to know their policies, so go with your gut and be empathetic! The day after my final interview, I got a call with an offer!

The hiring process was pretty smooth. I initially applied in may and was given a job offer the next month. I appreciated everyone I spoke with. The hiring team was warm and inviting. I had three rounds of interviews.

It's 3 part where you're asked to give examples of how you've handled difficult situations. What customer service means to you. Why are you interested in this role and why do you think you'd be a good fit for it.

Entrevista
Once they email you saying they would like to interview you, you first send in a written response to an email from a driver and they review it and if they like how you responded then they emailed me a link and the time of the interview. Then when you go to the link you join the meeting and you get interviewed by 4 different people including a customer role play. And they also check your internet connection. They also make sure you have a desk, chair and a quiet office space in your home.
