Everyone was very welcoming and HR walked me through the process step by step keeping me in the loop of things. 3 parts to the interview allowed me to meet a lot of the employees and get a feel for the culture and environment.

Give an example of when you received excellent customer service. When have you had to deal with a challenge? How did you deal with it? What's your philosophy when it comes to customer experience?
The hiring process was pretty smooth. I initially applied in may and was given a job offer the next month. I appreciated everyone I spoke with. The hiring team was warm and inviting. I had three rounds of interviews.

It's 3 part where you're asked to give examples of how you've handled difficult situations. What customer service means to you. Why are you interested in this role and why do you think you'd be a good fit for it.

Entrevista
Once they email you saying they would like to interview you, you first send in a written response to an email from a driver and they review it and if they like how you responded then they emailed me a link and the time of the interview. Then when you go to the link you join the meeting and you get interviewed by 4 different people including a customer role play. And they also check your internet connection. They also make sure you have a desk, chair and a quiet office space in your home.
