I must express my disappointment as this isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this situation. Over the past 8 months, I’ve been through several rounds of interviews, only for roles to be cancelled after lengthy processes. Each opportunity means a lot to me, and the repeated cancellations have been difficult. I hope for more transparency and timely communication in the future, as this would help me better manage my time and expectations. I have been experiencing the same for the third time after all the rounds. So disappointing

I appeared and cleared 2 technical rounds virtually focusing more on java concepts and managerial questions. I was told the last round would be client round and it was supposed to be F2F in Gurugram office if DXC as Luxoft is not having any office in Gurugram. I requested for a virtual round , but no cooperation from their side. I booked train tickets in tatkal , later learned that the client round would be a 2 round interview which was informed 1 day before the call. They also changed the location from GGN to Noida (electronic city) DXC office. I did agree to travel as I thought when I can come from my hometown , then I can also travel to Noida. What really pissed me off was that after reaching the Noida office , the client round was taken virtually. Means all the way from my home , i travelled just to give a virtual round at their office , which I could have easily given from my home itself unlike two other rounds. They did not value my efforts and money . It was all a waste. I was not selected also. VERY VERY POOR MANAGEMENT.
