They use a behavioral interviewing process, so be ready to speak in terms of Situation, Action taken and Results. Don't lie or embelish, highlight your strengths and show some humility by also discussing situations where you learned from your mistakes. It helps to know as much as you can about the company and location, so if you know someone who works at the location you are being hired for; talk to them and learn all you can before the interview.

Entrevista
CAR (Circumstance, Action, Result) format interview. 2nd and 3rd level interviews become less structured making them more about selling yourself through a natural conversation. The interview had 6 of these questions and about 4 other ice breaker types. The interviewer, sales manager, was very kind and patient waiting for me to get my thoughts organized before answering questions.

just like any other interview, be prepared. No one will offer a job to someone who isn't prepared and doesn't nkow what they are talking about. I don't jknow why they make me fill this stupid box out.
