I interviewed for an Operations Specialist position and then an Operations Coordinator position to see which was a better fit. I’d be taking a pay cut but the job description and remote option was intriguing and I want to learn more than I am in my current position. had 7 call back interviews with a variety of people in different levels of the organization. The people interviewing me commented on how they do an absurd amount of interviews “just imagine how many people I had to interview with to get MY job!” And the interviews were scheduled at the drop of a hat, usually the nexy day, many times back-to-back. Fast forward to about two months into the process and I was told I was at the end and would be called by HR for final steps. HR never called me back, and I had to track them down and play phone tag to tell me how great I am but they went with someone with a different skill set.
Prior to this I had an interview session with them where I was gaslight and was told I come off as arrogant because I ask for what I want at work. I was told in my current position that this is an admirable quality, but this company may not be looking for that.
Just pass. You’re worth more than the hassle.
