I applied online through workopolis and the hiring manager contacted me. We had a short talk over the phone and the next day they invited me over to their facility in Newmarket ON. The interview was exhaustive, they wanted to know what king of a person I was and what my experiences were to determine a fit to their company. Not tough. The HR person were nice. They did not make an offer as they said that they already had someone and wanted to see what the market was like.
