The process started with a phone screen, a request to provide a writing sample, and last stage was an interview with several staff members. Heard back pretty soon after that. The whole process was a few weeks.

I sent in my application and cover letter on their website. HR reached out to me with a phone call to set up an initial interview over zoom. On the zoom call the HR person and lead program officer were both present. The lead program officer looked to be tired that day and was advancing other work off screen, not often looking at me or the camera during the interview. Both were kind throughout the interview. I never received an email letting me know that I wasn't selected for the position.
