At first, you get a test to complete at home, you have 24 hours to do it and send back. The test consists of 4 tasks similar to those you will come across in this position. If you are successful, you are invited to an interview with the company's in-house recruiter. At first, you have 1 hour to complete another test, very similar to the first one, except for one task focused specially on skills needed in the position of Lingustic Lead. After completion, the interview takes place. The recruiter was really nice and I enjoyed the interview. I give her 5 of 5. After that, you are invited to another interview with your potential superiors. They will call you within a week after the second interview and tell you whether you are hired or not.
