3 rounds of interviews meeting various people at each stage. Lengthier than needed to be in these day and age. Why take so much of people's time. No HR to coordinate the process.

it was smooth, friendly and very straight forward. the interviewer made me feel comfortable and came across in a chatty and approachable manner. I would definitely like other interviews to follow a similar pattern.
