Not commenting so much on an interview as on a submitted application: I replied to a job posting asking for a minimum of 2 years management experience, Bachelor's required and Master's preferred, with teaching experience preferred. I stated clearly in my cover letter that I had 7+ years management experience, a Master's degree, and 7+ years teaching experience. Within fifteen minutes of submitting the application, I had an email from the HR Dept saying that my background and experience did not meet the criteria of the position I applied for. I emailed back less than an hour later re-stating my qualifications and asking for clarification. This was three weeks ago and I'm still waiting on a response. I can only conclude that the HR Department here is completely inept.
