The interview process so really simple. There were a few stages but it didnt make the process long. There was an initial zoom call with the hiring manager and member of the people team. The usual tech test for a dev role, followed up a more in depth technical interview for 30 mins, followed straight away by a meet a greet with some of the leadership team. I got to the final stage but was unsuccessful, but I got feedback and the communication throughout was great. Despite not being offered the job, I will be applying to Lightful again if the right role comes up.
