I ended up interviewing with the same person twice over a year period for the same position...and the same result both times was no follow-up and no response either way on whether or not I had an offer. I interviewed in the early winter for the online merchandiser position which I had a great background with owning my own retail store for 5 years. After the interview I followed up with the hiring manager and HR, and received no response either way. Later in the year the position opened again (or they needed more help) and interviewed the same person again..and she remembered me...asked the same questions again. I followed up again and received the same silent treatment. Spoke with someone who's son worked at the company as a programmer and I was told that he didn't like the company and this was pretty standard. I've seen several other attractive openings since but haven't bothered to apply.
