I sent my CV and a cover letter, and was invited to take psychometric tests. These were by far the hardest tests I've taken for job application-particularly the logic reasoning. The montage interview was far easier, basic questions that wasn't particularly difficult.

Interview process was very normal and what should be expected. I only got to the hire vue interview section of the recruitment process which consisted of 5 interview questions with about 2 minutes to answer.

5. Tell us about a skill that you’ve worked hard to develop? Why you wanted to develop that skill, what actions you ve taken to grow in this area, what you’ve found most challenging and how you’ve overcome this, what you’ll take from the experience into the new role?

Consisted of 3 elements - Group Discussion, presentation and interview Group discussion was for an hour, consisted of 6 people. Presentation - we were given data and 1.5 hours and then had to present for 10 minutes Interview was 30 minutes
