Seems liked the interviewers didn’t know what they were looking for and were intimidated by my experience. Didn’t get a chance to meet manager only had peer interviews which was frustrating. Recruiters friendly, but don’t seem to understand positions they are recruiting for and don’t value people with actual industry experience. Lots of ghost job postings that will waste your time and give no feedback to candidates.
