Very quick responses during initial application process, and able to set up an initial phone screening with ease. When it came time for the screening however, the hiring manager called 10 minutes late. I then found out that the position was nothing like the posted job description.

Entrevista
The interviewer was 20 minutes late. Several other candidates were on the zoom call, so it was a mass interview where the candidates barely answered any questions. The interview mostly spoke about marketing in very broad terms without explaining the actual job responsibilities. Seemed pretty scetchy.

You are contacted almost immediately after applying and the interview is held in a small suite. DO NOT BE FOOLED. This is a direct sales job for a business model that resembles a pyramid scheme. Much like the many other 'small' consulting firms in the area, you would be better off not even showing up for the interview.
