Got a phone call from a recruiter about a week after submitting my application on the L3Harris website. Call lasted about 15 minutes, the gentleman I spoke with was very easygoing and asked fairly typical screening questions; salary expectations, a brief overview of my work experience as it relates to the job posting, etc. He followed up with me via email shortly after the call to schedule a virtual interview with the department manager and another employee from the department. The virtual interview was about 20-25 minutes, asked me more in-depth questions: tell us a time you had a big problem at work with a client and how you solved it, what type of manager I work best under and why, what's my communication style at work, how do I keep myself organized, walk us through your resume. I got an email from the department manager a week after the virtual interview to let me know I was not selected, but she provided some kind feedback which I thought was very nice and rare nowadays. Though I did not get selected I had a very positive experience with the interview process and I think positively of L3Harris.
