It seemeed legit, ntil I met the person, then I was immediately apprehensive, the way they treat new hires is so terrible, you will go to find out for yourself, but please trust me these people are worse than awful, I have 15 years experience in retail sales, the ONLY reason I ended up here is because I was desperate, it is better to be unemploted than to work for Kohl's.
About 20 minutes , basic questions about teamwork and customer service. Had the interview and they called a few minutes later to offer me the job. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel calm

It was painless and super easy and I'm just putting in this information so I can view the average salaries of a company because I can't use Glassdoor unless I do this.
It was over the phone and very straight forward. I spoke with the current 02 (Assistant Store Manager) at the time and it focused on previous experiences in teams. Afterward, I received an email to complete the onboarding process online, filling out paperwork.
