Wow. 4 interviews over the course of 3 weeks. They said they’d be back to me a week and a half later. After emailing the recruiter and then again emailing him and his manager they said “they weren’t ready to make a decision.” I asked for feedback and they completely ghosted me. Super unprofessional

There was an hour-long recruiter interview where I was asked zero questions about myself, my experience, and where I had zero time to ask any questions. In the hour-long "interview" I was told the history of the recruiter's job history as well as the in-depth history of Kin Insurance. I couldn't get a word in. What a mess, I declined to continue the process.
