I spoke with a high level management person in a sort of screening scenario. We spoke for approximately 45 minutes; various questions were considered like, why I wanted to move to the area, the potential for leading a group of persons in a supervisory role, my history in the programming field. One specific area that stood out is the ability to work in a close knit team environment. I was very impressed with the management person I spoke with; Plattform Advertising seems like a great place to work (at least from the interview)
