      Entrevista

      the interview process was embarrassing. First, I was contacted by a sourcer and I asked him to share my phone number with a recruiter for having more insight. The first recruiter contacted me by texting me on Whatsapp (!): he was totally unware of the role and he was totally unaware of the position's detailed, he just asked me to have an interview. I agreed, then the scheduling, first, set a call after 14 days. After one day, the called me back for moving it up. On the interview's day, one before the meeting I was called for being informed the HM was not available and it was postponed to the next day. I had a light call with the manager (I spent more time in asking questions than her to ask me about my experience). Meanwhile, I was reassigned to a greek recruiter and the pity show started: I was immediately rejected by the manager then I reached him out both via email and Linkedin (he removed my connection). I needed to escalate him for receving a feedback (written in a poor english) saying that the manager FELT I was not senior enough for the role WITHOUT any apologies. It was such a bad experience that shows how the company has an arrogant approach and NO ONE in the company is putting/trying to make an effort for providing a nice candidate experience. I won't definitely consider that company anymore in my future career.
