The interview process was 7 rounds and took over a month to complete. Very unorganized. One director I met with seemed bothered he had to interview. Completely unprofessional. I made it to the final round with the SVP and he said everything looks great and I should hear back by the end of the following day. I never heard back. They wasted over a month of my time just to ghost me at the end. Didn’t even have the common courtesy to let me know they were going with another candidate. It just proves how this company is run. One person even asked if I had kids which I’m pretty sure you shouldn’t do during an interview. I don’t think they want people who have kids because of their work/life balance. Another one also said they tend to micromanage their sales teams. I don’t recommend applying to this company at all.
They contacted me, scheduled the interview, no showed, then ghosted me. I understand hiring managers fet busy but for a company of that size with their resources one would think they have an automated Rejection email.

Entrevista
The interview process was straight forward. The recruiter Gabriela was extremely helpful through every step, letting me know what the next phases of the process would look like. When working around my schedule to ensure I was continuing with the process, she was phenomenal.
It was actually great. Gabriela was awesome with me and I hopefully join in the future for an IT position. Great feedback overall from the team, smooth process and offer. Great benefits
