      Went well. Too much technical for non technical jobs. Please check for the good personality. Automatically the employ learns his responsibility while working. Just look for the experience or see the guy is trust worthy or not. Only then you can hire a better employee

      Entrevista

      1st Round with HR lasted around 30-35 minutes, during which they tried to understand my profile followed by a Case study. Once case submission was done there was another round with the Hiring manager. The hiring manager seemed quite deceiving. Throughout my interview, I never felt I was doing bad and he was also affirmative in his tone but eventually rejected me. No reason was given for rejection. Not sure what the Hiring manager was thinking as he was quite happy with the answers. I believe not giving feedback or exact reasons for rejection after making you do all the assignments is unfair.
