Entrevista
Very easy phone interview with basic questions. I was referred by a fellow employee and it made the world of difference. They basically asked me my college degree, and interests. They wanted to make sure I was motivated and took school seriously. It is all about promoting the test prep so they needed to make sure I was not afraid to talk in public and approach other students on campus.
I had a meeting with the head of the local Kaplan center and we discussed the role and responsibilities. We also discussed my scheduled and the hours required. The process was fairly simple and straightforward.

Phone interview and then one interview in person. I was recommended by a friend so I emailed the person in charge and then she set up a phone interview with me which was really brief and informal- mostly just set up a time for me to come in. Then I had an in person interview that covered why I wanted the position and why I would be good for the position on campus. I talked about having a big network and being really involved on campus, thus I coudl connect with a lot of people.

Very straightforward interview. It's a three part interview, consisting of a phone screen, in person/digital interview, and references. The campus manager was very understanding and accommodating toward my school schedule and actually rescheduled for me due to an unexpected mishap. It was also a very casual. I ended up getting the job
