Met with DOE first, then called back for a teach back where I taught to a panel consisting of the DOE and department chairs. The chairs asked a few questions, but the main person to ask questions was the DOE. In general, the person who first interviews you is the person who you should focus on during the second interview. They will be the one to make the determination to hire you.
