Direct final interview with four interviewers, one by one, the first two interviewers are Chinese, both of them are senior managers, the third interviewer is Indian, who is a manager, the last interviewer is a partner of the company, who is the nicest person of all four. The second interviewer is a disaster. She kept saying "you are wrong" and " I don't understand or agree" sort of things, and she brought many offensive questions, which really pissed me off.

Why you choose to go to graduate school? Is it because you couldn't find a job after college?
Zunächst gab es eine Vorstellungsrunde. Es folgte die Frage, warum ich hier arbeiten möchte und was ich mir von der Stelle verspreche. Es folgte ein Austausch über die Stelle und die Beantwortung meiner Fragen. Die Gesprächspartner stellten auch einige knifflige Fragen zu meiner Motivation und meinen Fähigkeiten.

Entrevista
Two thirty minute interviews that were back to back. All behavioral and no technical questions. Be ready to ask questions since they leave a lot of time to converse. Usually a partner and a senior manager does the interviews. Make sure to look at their background beforehand.

Call with recruiter and then you pick a date and have 2 interviews right after another for 30 minutes each and after that you just wait until you get told if you got the job or not
