The process is smooth and can be considered to consist of 2 stages. First step is the application, after which if successful, you will be contacted to state your availability for an online competency based interview where they will assess your suitability for the role. Technical, behavioural and culture fit questions will be asked, so be sure to do your homework well to cover all your bases. If first interview was a success then you will be invited for another 2nd round of technical interviews - this time a physical one at the offices where more technical talk/interview as well as remuneration preferences will be handled by a staff from senior IT management. If successful, the interview process now moves to the HR level whereby they will notify you to share your relevant documentation with a view to extending/negotiating an offer. Later you get a call from HR with the offer details and onboarding process.
