      Entrevista

After e-mailing my cover letter and resume, I was contacted four days later for an interview. First 1:1 interview was one week later. I met with who would have been my supervisor and the interview seemed far too easy. I did not do most of the talking and felt I was not asked any difficult questions and barely anything that would give an impression of my qualifications. Ten days later I was contacted for a second interview, which took place six days after that. The second interview was one-on-ones with 1.) another member of the team (someone who would have been at the same level as the person being hired) 2.) the supervisor's boss and 3.) the supervisor (for the second time). I still felt as though the company was being sold to me and that no tough questions had been asked of me. Again, I did not do most of the talking. I was given a tour of the facility. The office is a lot of cubicles, but nice. Office culture seems to be very "work hard, play hard" with employees getting together to do activities. The employees seem important to management, which was nice. The next day the job was offered to a candidate and everyone else was notified that they had not been chosen.

      Preguntas de entrevista [1]

      Pregunta 1

The interviewer was speaking about people who work in marketing/events and do not know enough about it. She said they don't know what ::an acronym for the food order with a hotel:: is and said "you know what an ::acronym:: is, right? I didn't and still can't remember what the letters of the acronym are.
