The interview process started with a phone call, then a sit-down interview. The interview involved being asked several mundane questions by the hiring manager and the department manager. It was very informal and haphazard. The ladies were nice and cordial, but the atmosphere was not professional. I felt over-qualified by the lack of professional demeanor at the company.
