It takes almost 45 minutes to complete and is structured to determine how much you'll work for how little money. Questions like "would you prefer a high standard of living or a fun office setting" are in this 'personality profile.' Excuse me or expecting both. This is a disgusting recruiting practice and it should be abandoned immediately.
