head hunted and guided through process. Personality test before in tray exercises and tour of offices and 1-2-1 interviews. Questions asked were derived from personality tests. Very high turnover of staff. Lots of recruitment but lack of retention

Applied through an employee referral scheme , Interview process was in 2 stages, a competency based interview and an interview with senior stake holders , interviewers were not friendly , questions asked were not related to the role sdvertise.
