Entrevista
Quite an intense interview! A small group of interviewees (around 7) were taken to a meeting room and shown a video presentation, basically showing how big a company they were, how much money they have, etc. You then have to take a basic numeracy and literacy exam, as well as a separate exam in your specialist field (e.g. biology, chemistry, etc). After that there was a tour of the labs and lunch. After lunch, if you were successful in the exams, you then go on to have four separate interviews - 2 of which are technical and 2 of which are more HR-type interviews; in each case there are 2 interviewers present. Although the interview was intense, I found it a good experience and thought it was good that they really did want to recruit the best possible candidates.
Pleasant and informative. First round was mostly personality questions online, the second one was a visit of the site. I got a little written test on the site to prove technical competency, and wholesome tour of the site.
Consisted of a company presentation then a short English/Maths/Science (choice between Chemistry and Biology) tests, followed by an interview with your potential Team Leader/Manager. Takes a few hours in total.
