I went through 2 interviews. They were well structured and focused on both my technical skills and soft skills. The interviewers were very professional and ensured that I felt comfortable through out the interview process. I appreciated the fact that the frequency of travel required for the position was highlighted and they enquired if I was comfortable with that.

I had an initial screening interview with HR, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. I thought I had two pretty solid interviews and hoped to make it to the next round only to wait an entire month and be told the job was being removed. I was very disappointed and felt like it was a waste of time. I will say I feel that HR tried their best to keep me looped in during the entire process, so you can imagine how surprised I was that they decided to cancel the position.
