Basically there are 5 rounds HR round, logical & aptitude test, research test or workshop, managerial round, telephonic round with senior process manager round according to their shift timings offered. I really think that the telephonic round with the shift managers can be improved since the higher level managers are located abroad so we face problems while connecting them on call since it's an international call.

The initial interview was a quick call clarifying details that were given in my resume. Once assessed, the recruiter emails a short exam mimicking the work that would be expected if I was given the position. The exam time is limited to an hour but may be submitted earlier depending on how quick you can work on the questions (mine had around 10 questions).

Entrevista
Initial interview is through phone. Then asked to go to office to do an examination. If you passed the examination, you’ll be interviewed by the HR Manager. Then If you passed will be interviewed by Lead Manager.
