This was the fastest interviewing process it was great! I received an email from HR stating their receipt of my resume and their interest in wanting to interview me. We set up a time for a brief phone interview which I had with HR, we were on the phone for possibly 30 max and at the end of the conversation and offer was extended. The next day I was provided with all "next step" documentation and information.

There really wasn't a difficult question, my experienced was discussed and I was asked why I felt I would be a good candidate.

Entrevista
Interview process was completely done over the phone, never was face to face with anyone that worked at inovalon. Had to go to a temporary job placement service to have them get copies of ID, etc. Easiest process I've been through, although I could have been complete slob, or anything and they would have never known.

Entrevista
Very basic. I submitted my resume, and was contacted very quickly by recruiter. I spoke with them briefly, then was asked to schedule a telephone interview if I was interested in the position.I Scheduled interview for later thatsame day, and the same recruiter called back to conduct the interview. I was offered position at interview's end, and accepted.

Entrevista
An online application then a very short phone interview. Discussed my skills used in other positions.
Benefits and pay were discussed. I felt miss led about the potential for full time with benefits. I later found out I can 40+ hours but I will always be classified as " Seasonal" with
few benefits.
