Once you've submitted your application, a recruiter will be in touch. They'll inquire about your preferred unit for work. Should there be an available position in that unit, they'll arrange a meeting with the supervisor. Following a brief 30-minute discussion with the supervisor, expect an email and phone call from the recruiter in the subsequent week regarding the status of your application.

The interview process is a two-way evaluation where you demonstrate your qualifications while deciding if the company matches your career goals. The process begins with a brief recruiter call to align on basic logistics, timeline, and salary expectations. Next, you will meet with the hiring manager to discuss your professional background and relevant experience in greater detail. During the interview, you can ask questions about the unit, staffing, nurse-patient ratio etc.

It wasn’t rigorous at all. The registered nurse interview process included application review, phone screening, in-person/virtual interviews with behavioral and clinical questions, skills assessment, and concludes with a job offer or feedback.
