Entrevista
Well the interview process is in three stages- written, Peer group interview and CEO interview. Once i was selected i got to know that they pay salary between 10th and 15th of every month. Do not give any PF and also very high component of variable. So I rejected the offer.

• Reluctance to share interview structure or expectations over email
• Communication felt defensive when concerns were raised, rather than empathetic
• Strong emphasis on control (physical presence, monitoring during assessment) rather than trust
