Salary discussions and profile discussions followed by 3 rounds of interview - 1. Technical (Telephonic) 2. Hands-on code (Skype, screen sharing) 3. Face to face. After the process, I was told that I have been selected and they asked me for some documents like salary slips etc. and told that they will be sending offer in a couple of days. But after that day, neither they replied to my mail nor they sent me any offer. This seems very unprofessional to me.
