Got interview invitation from Infosys directly for Java skills. Was interview on 1st Dec 2018 at Pune Hinjwadi Phase 1 Campus. There were 2 technical rounds and one hr interview. Overall process took 5 hours. First Technical: lasted for 1 hour, mostly related to lead role question and few things for java and spring. Second Techical: Lasted for half hour, focused on Devops questions. HR Round: 10 Mins, Hr verified few deatils from aplication form and asked salary expection. She mentioned to call back again after a week to discuss role and salary. Got call from HR post 10 Days and was surprised to hear salary offer, just 15 percent and the reason, you are ex infocian so we have to meet our salary guidelines for ex infocian. This they could have told me when i applied for interview process my expectation was clear then itself. I asked for minimum 40 percent, they said no and i have rejected the offer. It was such a waste of time. If you are ex infocian dont go for infosys interview or if going get you salary expectation clear beforehand.

I participated in the Hack With Infy hiring process. The selection process consisted of two rounds. The first round was an online assessment focused on Data Structures and Algorithms. Candidates who qualified were invited to the second round, which was an offline DSA assessment. The questions tested problem-solving skills, coding ability, and knowledge of algorithms. The overall process was well organized and moderately challenging.
