Worst Experience. I was called for half a day for F2F interview. When I reached there, it seems the panel was not available. After 20 minutes they took me inside, and an interviewer came for merely a formality. He asked me some question and said in 10 minutes, I am done. The facilitator came and said other panel members are busy in meeting. I failed to understand why do they call for F2F.

I had 2 telephonic interviews which took place in a span of 2 weeks. After that I was called for F2F discussion. the first F2F went well, after which I was send for lunch and then the 2nd interview happened. The whole process took about 3-4 hrs. The recruiter asked me to wait for 10 mins however he called me back after an hour to say that I can go home and he will give a call in the evening or day after. Till now I have not received a response. I have send a reminder mail but to that also no response. The basic courtesy would have been a response the same day, doesn't matter if it is positive or negative, but the time of any individual should be valued. Had taken a day off work, spend a good quality time at Informatica office, atleast deserved a proper response.
