A phone call interview lasted about 30 minutes. It was simple interview questions and talked more about the position. The next step was another phone interview with a different person.

I went through a staffing agency and the interview was set-up virtually w/ the manager I would eventually end-up working for. The process was quick and more like getting to know someone rather than an interrogation process.
