They had staff waiting at the main entrance to direct people and then more staff at the front desk to help you sign in. They had the living room set up very nice and welcoming as a meet and greet with other staff members and interview personel. From there a staff member brought me into the room with Kesia, who started the first interview of the night. From there the staff had a open forum going on where people could ask questions and here more about grand rounds. I had a second interview with the hiring manager Meryl and from there I was offered to stay and meet more staff or head out for the night.

Multiple rounds focused on customer service and past helping experience. Open to different backgrounds. Friendly and casual interview style. Phone interviews with video interviews later. About four different rounds. Exercise related to job duties.
