I ended the interview process after my initial contact with HR. The interview consisted of typical HR questions: What are your weaknesses, what are your strengths and how will your past five managers rate you (serious?). What annoyed me was the fact that I was placed on speaker phone to what sounded like chewing on the other end. The initial contact seemed unprofessional. Based on my experience and previous reviews, I'll pass.
