The panel consisted of three different individuals with each of them being in line of hierarchy. There was a clear assessment of the skillset that we have and with right articulation they would assess the credibility of the skill that you claim. The management aspects are meanwhile being discussed if you're through with your skill set and is in convincible position to accept a role at the organization.
