Very clear prep and criteria (STAR method), interview included some quite tough questions, but the panel were friendly and put me at ease. They test the languages you say you speak with some simple questions (that don't necessarily have anything to do with the post itself). Mine were "How did you learn Spanish?" in Spanish and "When would you be available to start?" in French.
