There were 3 interview rounds: phone screen, meeting team members, and meeting senior leadership. The recruiter was incredible: kind and very communicative, and transparent about her experience with ICF. Each individual I talked to spoke highly of the organization and the work-life balance it afforded them. The interview questions were tailored and specific, and it was clear that my interviewers had actually read my resume and cover letter. I was provided lots of information about various parts of ICF, from benefits to expected role duties to how ICF is organized. The interest my interviewers showed in me and the professionalism displayed throughout the entire interview process made me feel valued without having my time wasted.
