The interview process consisted of two 30 minute calls, with different hiring managers within ICF. Phone calls were laid back and not technically heavy. There was a great need for an upcoming project, so I was shortlisted through the process with the help of an IT recruiting company.
3 step process with multiple questions asking about how you would problem solve for client solutions and how to communicate to non technical team members. Explaining using documentation can prove advantageous as well!
This interview contained standard questions about productivity, interests, organizational skills, values, past experiences. it was pretty standard, only one round but took a while to hear back with their decision.

Recruiter call - HM panel - Teammates. It depends on the project also. If you are not heard back from them after the 2nd interview within 1 week, high chance that you don't get the job.
