Angenehme Atmosphäre mit 4 anwesenden Personen aus HR, Salesmanagement und Salesteam.

The process started with a 30-minute call from an IBM HR Business Partner. The focus was on career background, motivation for joining IBM, and alignment with IBM’s sales culture. They also introduced IBM’s expectations around quota ownership, territory management, and collaboration with technical teams
