Very speedy interview process – everything happened in one day. Although I appreciated how quickly I was able to complete all three rounds of interviews, I wish I had more opportunity to chat with employees and learn more about the company, and see whether it was the right fit for me. The first stage was a case problem that was solved in a group environment. The team had 15 minutes to come up with a framework/solution and present it in 5 minutes. I felt it was more important to show your composure and presentation skills rather than trying to get the answer right. The second stage was a panel interview with your competitors. Very different from what I was used to. I think I only got one question, which was "what three attributes would describe me". If you're successful in the first two rounds, you get invited to a 1:1 with a SE.

Applied online, was contacted a few weeks later to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was an informal conversation where I had to describe my expectations and previous experiences relevant to the job.
